Catalog
What you sell: names, prices, sizes and colours, and how many are left. The AI answers customers from this list and nothing else, so keeping it current is what keeps its answers right.

POST /v1/products
{
"name": "Blue Ankara dress",
"description": "Cotton wax print, midi length",
"price": "18000",
"currency": "NGN",
"stockCount": 3,
"variants": [
{ "name": "Size M", "stockCount": 1 },
{ "name": "Size L", "price": "19000", "stockCount": 2 }
]
}| Field | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
price | string | In the main unit, like "18000" or "18000.50". Leave it out and the AI tells customers to ask. |
stockCount | number | Leave it out if you do not track stock. Variants can track their own. |
variants | array | Sent as the whole set each time. A variant’s own price overrides the product’s. |
photoMediaId | string | An uploaded image (POST /v1/media). |
active | boolean | false keeps it listed here but stops the AI offering it. |
Any member of the workspace can keep the catalog, like customers. PUT /v1/products/{id} replaces a product as the form holds it; DELETE removes it. Up to 2,000 products.
