Deleting your data

If you messaged a business

The business you wrote to holds that conversation, and Engage stores it on their behalf. The quickest route is to ask them directly — they can erase you from their customer list themselves, and it takes effect immediately.

If you would rather not contact them, or they do not respond, email us at info@allspheresynergy.com from the address you used, or tell us the phone number or Instagram handle you messaged from and which business it was. We will pass the request on and confirm when it is done.

If you use Engage to run a business

Email info@allspheresynergy.com from the address on your account and ask for your workspace to be deleted. We will confirm it is you before acting, because this cannot be undone.

What is removed

Erasing a person removes their name, phone number, email address and every message they sent or received. What stays is a record with no one in it: that a conversation happened, when, and that it was erased. Keeping that is what lets a business show a regulator the request was honoured, and it identifies nobody.

Deleting a workspace removes its customers, conversations, messages and settings.

How long it takes

Erasure from inside the product is immediate. A request by email is acted on within 30 days, and usually within a few working days. Backups are overwritten on their own cycle, so a copy may persist in an offline backup for a short period after that — it is not readable from the product and is not used for anything.
